Princípios e práticas para o desenvolvimento de competências orais em PLE. Relato de uma experiência com alunos de nível B1

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio reporta-se à realização de um estágio profissional no âmbito do Mestrado em Português Língua Não Materna (MPLNM) no ano letivo 2023/2024, de 02 de outubro de 2023 a 26 de janeiro de 2024, com duas turmas de “Práticas de Audição-Conversação”, do nível B1, do 31º Curso Anual de PLE do BabeliUM-Centro de Língua da Universidade do Minho. Este relatório tem como objetivo analisar dificuldades em termos de produção e interação oral e propor soluções para os alunos de nível B1 de PLE. O relatório começa por descrever a conceção, a organização e a planificação do estágio e, em seguida, centra-se nas atividades da disciplina de audição-conversação. O plano e a estratégia didáticos foram constantemente adaptados, de acordo com o desempenho dos alunos e com a reflexão crítica feita após cada atividade realizada. Foram, igualmente, realizados questionários no início e no fim do curso em função do progresso, o que pode ajudar a professora a compreender melhor a aprendizagem dos alunos e a promover um ensino personalizado, bem como a avaliar os métodos e estratégias de ensino através dos resultados desses questionários em diferentes períodos. Os desempenhos e progressos realizados pelos alunos na produção e interação oral durante o semestre permitiram-nos concluir que: 1) as estratégias didáticas personalizadas e o pedido constante aos alunos para analisarem os seus próprios problemas ajudam-nos a refletir e a desenvolver a sua autonomia de aprendizagem e pensamento crítico; 2) desenvolvimento das competências orais está a ser enfatizado e está a ser um fico do ensino de PLE; 3) os alunos preferem atividades lúdicas na aula de audição-conversação para praticar e desenvolver as suas competências orais com bons resultados.

This internship report is part of the professional internship for the Master's Degree in Portuguese as a Non-Mother Tongue-Portuguese as a Foreign Language/Second Language (MPLNM-PLE/PL2) in the 2023/2024 academic year, from October 02, 2023 to January 25, 2024, with two "Listening-Conversation Practice" classes at level B1 of the 31st Annual PLE Course at BabeliUM-Language Center of the University of Minho. The aim of this report is to analyze difficulties in terms of oral production and interaction and to propose solutions for the B1 level students. The report begins by describing the design, organization and planning of the internship and then focuses on the activities of the listening-conversation subject. The teaching plan and strategy were constantly adapted according to the students' performance and by analyzing and reflecting on each activity carried out. Questionnaires were also carried out at the beginning and end of the course according to progress, which can help the teacher to better understand the students' learning and promote personalized teaching, as well as to evaluate teaching methods and strategies through the results of these questionnaires at different times. In conclusion, the performances and progress made by the students in oral production and interaction during this semester have allowed us to conclude that: 1) personalized teaching strategies and constantly asking students to analyze their own problems help them to reflect and develop their learning autonomy and critical thinking; 2) the development of oral skills is being emphasized and is being a fico of PLE teaching; 3) students prefer playful activities in the listening-conversation class to practice and develop their oral skills with good results.
