The current fashion scenario presents unsustainable practices and business models, which are focused on the mass market, reducing the costs and stimulating hyperconsumption. In opposition to this, new sustainable fashion business models are emerging with high ethical attitudes and more conscious with the future of the planet. Thus, it becomes relevant to explore sustainable fashion business models. In this context, this work aims to promote knowledge about new sustainable fashion business models based on the coworking spaces, with as object of study the collaborative network platform: the Malha. From the case study on the Malha is presented a new way of thinking, building and organizing in the fashion sector, identified by the business model created and the concepts that underlie them. It also explores how this project structures itself and the actions it performs, the strengths and possible opportunities for improvement. The method in the first stage of the investigation, the state of the art of the coworking spaces was exploratory, which provided the understanding of the study in question, allowing the definition of the object of study, the Malha. After choosing the Malha as the central axis of the research, the case study was used as research methodology. The results present the platform of this collaborative network, identified by its concepts, values, ideology and also how this new business model can contribute to a more sustainable fashion system. |
