Implementação de um sistema de controlo e gestão operacional em sistemas de saneamento através de uma plataforma agregadora de processos (NAVIA)

Abstract

Com a crescente preocupação com a qualidade de água e com a procura constante dos métodos de tratamento de água mais adequados tanto ao nível da eficiência como ao nível económico houve a necessidade de criar um projeto que melhorasse o funcionamento das instalações. Deste modo, a MdeMaquina desenvolveu o projeto NAVIATM com o objetivo de melhorar a gestão global da informação produzida nos sistemas de tratamento e transporte de água e saneamento, rentabilizando e integrando processos, recursos materiais e humanos. O objetivo deste trabalho, desenvolvido nos Centros Operacionais do Minho e Lima das Águas do Noroeste SA, foi implementação da plataforma NAVIATM na gestão operacional da informação das ETARs e Estações Elevatórias. A informação engloba vários tipos nomeadamente caudais, resíduos, reagentes e elaboração de relatórios. A introdução da plataforma NAVIATM permitiu uma maior eficiência no trabalho dos gestores e operadores através da existência de um único repositório de informação. A implementação do NAVIATM foi bem sucedida sendo que no final deste trabalho o acesso e depósito de informação apenas era realizado na plataforma. A principal diferença foi a eliminação do registo em papel substituindo-o por um registo eletrónico, previamente definido pelo gestor, que fica disponível para análise e para consulta de relatórios.

With the growing concern of water quality and the constant search for the most appropriate methods of water treatment, in terms of efficiency and economical, there was the need of creating a project that would improve the operation of the facilities. In this way MdeMaquina developed the NAVIATM project with the goal of improving the global management of the information produced in the systems of water and sewage treatment and transportation, by maximizing and integrating processes, materials and humans resources. The purpose of this work developed in Operational Centers of Minho and Lima during 5 months was the implementation of NAVIATM platform in the management of information from wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. Flow, waste, reagents and reporting are included in this information. The implementation of NAVIATM project allowed a greater efficiency in the work of managers and operators through the existence of a single repository of information. The implementation of NAVIATM was successful and by the end of this work the access and storage of information was only performed on the platform. The main difference was the elimination of paper registry replacing it with an electronic record, previously set by the manager, which is available for review and consultation reports.
