qualidade do ar interior.
qualidade do ambiente interior.
eficiência energética e da qualidade do ambiente interior no edifício. The Energetic Refurbishment and indoor air quality have become increasingly important as result of the economy crisis and the dependency of external sources of energy. The civil construction sector, is one of the biggest consumers of energy and in which should be taken measures to eliminate the barriers associated with the difficulty of raising the energy efficiency, studying solutions that minimize the energy consumption and are profitable. To ensure the compliance of the defined targets in EPBD-recast, it’s essential to intervene in the existing building stock. Thus, the building refurbishment, it’s one of the main ways to achieve the EPBD-recast and improve the comfort conditions and indoor air quality. The main interventions should be made, considering the energy efficiency and indoor air quality. To conduct a proper refurbishment, there is the need to obtain knowledge about the energy consumption of the building under study and propose improvement solutions considering their profitability. In this regard, the thesis presents the thermal comfort evaluation, acoustic, luminosity and indoor air quality of a building in view of a refurbishment proposal, expecting that the measures contribute to the building increased energy efficiency and indoor air quality. |
