| Resumo(s): | In Intensive Medicine there is a constant need to support daily activities and the decision-making process. However, some Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) are not fulfilling their purpose and are not being considered effective. The present narrative literature review aims to identify the state of knowledge of a CDSS, regarding its strengths and weaknesses. Three different perspectives that can influence the performance of a CDSS in a Intensive Medicine were identified, making a crossing with the challenges faced and their possible mitigating actions |
