Da multipercussão às lâminas: a transcriação do percussionista no ensino especializado da música

Abstract

O presente relatório expõe o trabalho efetuado durante o estágio no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Música da Universidade do Minho, no ano letivo de 2021/2022, com enfoque nos grupos de recrutamento de instrumento, M16 (Percussão), e Música de Conjunto, (M32). Neste relatório final, apresenta-se todo o trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido durante ano letivo 2021/2022 e a sua realização permite refletir sobre o que foi feito durante este período de tempo. Existem duas vertentes neste relatório: uma delas contempla o trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido no Conservatório de Música do Porto. A segunda, um trabalho de investigação onde o objetivo é pesquisar sobre a Transcriação do Percussionista no Ensino Especializado da Música, realizado no grupo de recrutamento de percussão (M16). A questão de partida para esta investigação foi: sendo a multipercussão um meio instrumental versátil e configurável, de que forma o podemos potenciar enquanto método de apoio para um trabalho técnico específico nos instrumentos de lâminas? Pretendeu-se, através desta pesquisa, ponderar na forma em que a multipercussão se revela um auxiliar ao trabalho musical e técnico do percussionista, nos instrumentos de lâminas. Para o efeito, foi elaborado um conjunto de arranjos de peças de lâminas para diversos setups. Por fim, através dos instrumentos de recolha de dados, sendo eles a entrevista e o questionário, assim como da observação em sala de aula, foi possível aferir que a intervenção foi deveras positiva, verificando-se, para além do contributo para as questões de técnico-musical, um aumento do interesse por parte dos alunos, como também uma maior capacidade de autocorreção dos erros técnicos. Foi ainda possível verificar a importância da criatividade no processo de transcriação do percussionista, tanto a nível técnico, como a nível artístico.

This report presents the work carried during the internship within the scope of the Master in Music Teaching at the Universidade do Minho, in the academic year 2021/2022, focusing on the instrument recruitment groups, M16 (Percussion), and Ensemble Music, (M32). In this final report, it is presented the pedagogical work developed during the 2021/2022 school year and its realization allows to reflect on what was accomplished during this period of time. There are two components in this report: one of them includes the pedagogical work developed at the Conservatório de Música do Porto. The second, a research work where the objective is to research on the Percussionist's Transcreation in the Specialized Music Teaching, carried out in the percussion re cruitment group (M16). The starting question for this investigation was: as Multipercussion is a versatile and configurable in strument, how can we leverage it as a support method for specific technical work on mallets instru ments? Through this research, it was intended to consider the way in which Multipercussion proves to be an auxiliary instrument to the musical and technical work of the percussionist in the mallets instruments. For this purpose, a set of mallets pieces were arranged for different setups. Finally, through the data collection instruments, which are the interview and the questionnaire, as well as the observation in the classroom, it was possible to verify that the intervention was really positive, noticing, in addition to the contribution of technical-musical issues, an increase on the students’ inter est, as well as a greater capacity for self-correction of technical errors. It was also possible to check the importance of creativity in the percussionist's transcreation process, both at a technical and artistic level.
