Análise do projeto CoLogistics: colaboração transfronteiriça de transporte e logística na Eurorregião: Galiza e Norte de Portugal

Abstract

Nos dias de hoje, qualquer empresa tem que se apresentar competitiva em quase todos os seus aspetos, não só pelos seus recursos, mas também pela sua boa gestão. Este relatório de estágio pretende avaliar a gestão e definição de um projeto de financiamento público, o projeto CoLogistics identificando as falhas encontradas e perceber se, de facto, o projeto pode ser considerado um sucesso, independentemente do incumprimento de alguns dos resultados previstos. Feita a análise o projeto, pelos critérios de sucesso, tanto pelo iron triangle como pelos restantes critérios relevantes na literatura o projeto foi considerado um insucesso. Para além disso, durante a análise foram identificadas falhas no processo de definição e planeamento: uma falha na definição de objetivos e cinco no processo de planeamento, Para todas estas falhas, são deixadas recomendações à empresa no sentido de evitar falhas semelhantes em projetos futuros.

Nowadays, any company must be competitive in almost all its aspects, not only because of its resources, but also for its good management. This internship report aims to evaluate the management and definition of a publicly funded project, the CoLogistics project, identifying the flaws found and to understand if, in fact, the project can be considered a success, regardless of the failure of some of the expected results, Once the project was analysed, by the success criteria, both by the iron triangle and by the remaining relevant criteria in the literature, the project was considered a failure. Furthermore, failures in the definition and planning process were identified during the analysis: one failure in the definition of objectives and five in the planning process. For all these failures, recommendations are left to the company in order to avoid similar failures in future projects.
