Resumo(s): | This paper deals with the research on the mechanical system used to produce file cutting edges (or cutting teeth). A theoretical model was carried out to perform kinematic and dynamic motion characteristics of the mechanical system (cam-follower-spring) of the cutting file machine. With the intent to validate the theoretical model an industrial machine was appropriately re-designed and instrumented to obtain some experimental data. |
