QR–Code: uma janela bidimensional ao serviço do Turismo

Abstract

Este projeto, intitulado: QR-Code: Uma Janela Bidimensional ao Serviço do Turismo, tem como principais objetivos (i) refletir sobre o perfil do turista do Século XXI; (ii) identificar estratégias para promover o Mosteiro de São Martinho de Tibães enquanto local de interesse turístico; (iii) analisar o potencial da utilização de QR-Codes no Mosteiro de Tibães, focando aspetos como a autonomia do visitante, a disponibilização de conteúdos digitais variados e acessíveis, a interação do visitante com este lugar de memória; (iv) refletir sobre a implementação do sistema de QR-Codes, problemas, soluções e desafios para o futuro.

The present project, entitled “QR-Code: A Bidimensional Window at the Service of Tourism”, set as its main goals: (i) a reflection on the profile of the 21st century tourist; (ii) the identification of strategies that may contribute to promote the Monastery of São Martinho de Tibães as a tourist attraction; (iii) a study of the potential of the QR-Code system in the Monastery of Tibães, focusing on aspects such as the autonomy of the tourist, the availability and accessibility of culturally diversified digital content, the interaction of the visitor with the place of memory; (iv) a reflection on the implementation of a QR-Code tourist circuit linked to digital storytelling content in the Monastery of Tibães: problems faced, solutions found and challenges for the future.
