Resumo(s): | Atualmente as organizações têm de fazer frente a um mercado cada vez mais competitivo, em que o
papel da comunicação interna é essencial para um bom funcionamento, e desta forma se destacarem
no alcance dos objetivos.
Satisfazer e motivar os colaboradores são fatores de relevo na estratégia da comunicação interna, em
que o foco é de gerar um trabalho mais consistente e coeso, elevando a notoriedade da empresa. Para
melhor abrangerem todos os envolvidos são utilizados canais de comunicação, como os portais
corporativos, onde se promove a partilha de informações, uniformização de procedimentos e troca de
sugestões. Estas práticas são importantes para a produtividade organizacional. Assim, também se
consciencializa cada colaborador sobre as suas responsabilidades e sobre o lugar que ocupa na
organização.
Tendo a Direção de Rede e Clientes Norte da EDP Distribuição, como estudo de caso, este trabalho
procura compreender a utilização da comunicação interna num clima organizacional nos portais
corporativos, abordando teorias sobre o marketing interno, comunicação interna e portais corporativos
dos autores como Rafiq e Ahmed (2000), Dias (2001), Thayer (1979), Villafañe (1998) entre outros.
Procurou-se encontrar os seus modelos e teorias para melhor orientar este estudo. Realizou-se
também um questionário de comunicação interna e uma simulação ao portal utilizado na empresa
para perceber a relação entre comunicação interna e portais corporativos. Currently organizations have to cope with an increasingly competitive market, in which the role of internal communication is essential for proper functioning, and thus excel in achieving the objectives. Satisfy and motivate employees are major factors in the internal communication strategy, where the focus is to generate a more consistent and cohesive work, raising the reputation of the company. To better cover all involved communication channels are used as corporate portals, which promotes the sharing of information, standardization of procedures and exchange tips. These practices are important to organizational productivity. So also raises awareness each employee about their responsibilities and about its place in the organization. This case study concentrates on the Board of Network and North clients of EDP Distribution this paper seeks to understand the use of internal communication in an organizational climate in corporate portals, addressing theories of internal marketing, internal communications and corporate portals of the authors as Rafiq and Ahmed (2000), Dias (2001) Thayer (1979), Villafañe (1998), among others. We tried to find their models and theories to better guide this study. A questionnaire on internal communication and a simulation of the portal used by the company were also used in order to understand the relationship between internal communication and corporate portals. |
