Contributo de uma comunidade de aprendizagem na plataforma Moodle: um estudo com três agrupamentos de escolas na promoção da prevenção, saúde e segurança em contexto educativo

Abstract

O problema em estudo procura proporcionar um caminho para a actividade colectiva e a análise dos processos colaborativos no Moodle, desenvolvendo o seguinte tema desta investigação: “Contributo de uma Comunidade de Aprendizagem Colaborativa na plataforma Moodle para a Promoção da Prevenção, Saúde e Segurança em Contexto Educativo”. O tema remete-nos para a possibilidade da tecnologia criar ambientes ou contextos potenciadores da criação de comunidades de aprendizagem e da implementação da prevenção, saúde e segurança nas escolas a níveis mais abrangentes. Tem como intervenientes a Comunidade Educativa, em particular, professores de 3 Agrupamentos de Escolas, nomeadamente, Mondim de Basto (Vila Real), Airães (Porto) e Mogadouro (Bragança). Esta investigação, cujo problema de estudo se especificou anteriormente, enquadra-se dentro da abordagem metodológica que genericamente se pode denominar de investigação qualitativa, descrevendo os factos evidenciados ao longo do estudo. Optámos pelo estudo de caso como estratégia metodológica abrangente, por julgarmos que essa estratégia é o melhor meio de dar resposta ao tema e questões que se nos colocam. Os dados recolhidos foram de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, com predomínio dos primeiros. De acordo com as respostas obtidas às questões orientadoras do nosso estudo verificamos ser positivo o desenvolvimento do estudo na plataforma de aprendizagem – Moodle envolvendo professores numa comunidade de aprendizagem. Os participantes propuseram eles próprios algumas ideias relativas a trabalhos futuros, nomeadamente, começar esta abordagem da Prevenção, Saúde e Segurança com os alunos mais novos incluindo actividades para maior sensibilização e motivação para a temática, incluir no plano anual de actividades das escolas este género de iniciativas, fazer parte da formação de alunos, professores e pessoal não docente e por fim estar acessível a toda a comunidade escolar, a colaboração dos encarregados de educação, mais participação activa dos alunos, ligar em rede este tipo de projectos para um maior intercâmbio e partilha, o poderá ser viável tendo em conta as potencialidades da plataforma Moodle na criação de comunidades de aprendizagem em ambientes virtuais.

The problem in study looks to provide a way for the collective activity and the analysis of the collaborative processes in the Moodle, developing the following subject of this investigation: “Support of a Community of Collaborative Learning in the Moodle platform for the Promotion of the Prevention, Health and Safety in Educational Context”. The subject send-in the ones for the possibility of the technology to create environments or contexts that promote the creation of communities of learning and the implementation of the prevention, health and safety in the schools the levels most including. It has as intervening the Educative Community, in particular, professors of 3 Groupings of Schools, nominated, Mondim de Basto (Viral Real), Airães (Porto) and Mogadouro (Bragança). This investigation, whose problem of study if specified previously, is fit inside of the methodological boarding that generically if can call of qualitative approach, describing the facts evidenced throughout the study. We opted to the case study as including methodological strategy, for judging this strategy is optimum half to give to reply to the subject and questions that if in place them. The collected data had been of qualitative and quantitative nature, with predominance of the first ones. In accordance with the answers gotten to the orienting questions of our study we can affirm positive the development of the study in the platform of learning - Moodle involving professors in a learning community. The participants had considered they proper some relative ideas the future works, nominated, to start this boarding of the Prevention, Health and Safety guard with the pupils new including activities for bigger sensitization and motivation for the thematic one, to include in the annual plan of activities of the schools this genre of initiatives, to be part of the formation of pupils, professors and staff professor and finally not to be accessible to all the pertaining to school community, contribution of the education people in charge, more active participation of the students, to connect in net this type of projects for a bigger interchange and to share, it could be viable having in counts the potentialities of the Moodle platform in the creation of communities of learning in virtual environments.
