This work focuses on my educational practice within the Physical and Chemical Sciences subject – elementary education and the Physics and Chemistry A and Physics - secondary education, developing the concepts, laws and theories underlying Classical Mechanics. The first chapter begins with a brief historical approach of mechanics from Antiquity to Newton's mechanics. This is followed by the scientific framing, indicating the methodologies and materials used, in order to promote a significant learning based on autonomy, which allows us to implement a teaching of science based on learning to learn. The assumptions that enable us to achieve this type of learning are also referred to highlighting the role of the teacher and the students in this process. Some of the students’ alternative conceptions, which are relevant, so that they can develop an autonomous and scientifically meaningful learning process, are approached too. In Chapter II, it is a presentation of levels and subject’s lected, positions held and the presentation and discussion of projects and scientific work that contributed to enrich the teaching process. In Chapter III, it is the synthesis of lectures and training activities attended and their objectives as well as their contribution to my professional growth and development. We analyze how they might contribute to facilitate and improve teaching practice, to promote the learning to learn independently, contributing to increased scientific literacy and training of citizens better able to deal with new social demands, technological and environmental, in an increasingly global society. Also reflected on the importance of "shared knowledge" and its contribution to the development of professional skills. Finally, it is a reflection on the teaching activity and the contribution of this work to the redefinition of practices and methodologies that will allow me to make a connection between theory and practice in science teaching. |
